Kenilworth Festival -‘The Peoples Festival’
This year’s Festival will offer beautiful weather (we hope), exciting events, entertainment and hopefully full community involvement to make Kenilworth and the surrounding areas proud!
We have a strong team driving the Festival from the committee rooms straight into the heart of the town with the support of the Town Council, local business, charities and much more.
Your Festival Needs You!
We need talented, dedicated, enthusiastic people in our community to have their say about how to develop our Festival to meet the expectations of the community. The new September date, in line with the celebration and start of a new school year, we offer a Festival that showcases and promotes all that is great about Kenilworth and the surrounding villages, encourages local participation and involvement in this exceptional Festival in our historic town.
If you want to know more about how to be part of the Festival in any way, whether you want to give just a couple of hours a month to help with the organising of the Festival or maybe you just wish to email us your ideas of any events that would really put this year’s Festival on the social map, then we would love to hear from you - please contact Chair –Tiff@kenilworthfestival.co.uk
The Festival committee comprises a small team of local people, who give up their time for free to create an event that is appealing to as many people as possible. It is a ‘not for profit’ organisation financed by sponsorship and fund raising throughout the year and makes donations to local charities.
We are not, contrary to what it seems many think, part of any other organization or group although we do value the support of the Lions Club, the Rotary Club, the Soroptimists and others.
